Good reflections Susan❣️ I think its crucial to not push yourself into something you absolutley dont want. If you get that feeling straight away , that is a clear message coming from your heart. Its not only clear but strong, because its intuitive. I have learned always stick with your intuitive feeling, follow your heart❤️

Hi Sue - I remember when I was at my lowest with my old job and told a UK counsellor I met through my blog that I needed to just keep pushing through. She turned that on its head and asked why I thought that, because pushing through when you're miserable and it's just getting worse, isn't the answer....finding a new and better way is the key. That was an eye-opener for me, and I think that's "realignment" :) x
