Making Space
Not every connection is meant to walk the full distanceโbut each one holds meaning
Recently, someone who had been there from the beginning of my Substack journey unsubscribed.
It was unexpected. And I felt itโa small sadnessโas I realized their presence had quietly left this space.
Weโd exchanged kind words. Our paths had touched, even if we werenโt fully walking in the same direction.
And maybe thatโs okay.
Not every connection needs to be deep, lasting, or fully understood. Some people cross our path for a time, offering support.
And when they leave, it doesnโt mean weโve lost something.
It means life is making space for new, more aligned connections to emerge.
Sometimes I wonder if Iโll ever make the kinds of deep connections I long forโthe ones that feel like being seen in the way I see.
But maybe I donโt need to know that right now.
Maybe itโs enough to appreciate the connections I do have, to tend to them with care, and to trust that as I stay true to my own rhythm, the right people will find me.
Not through chasing. But through resonance.
Until then, Iโll keep creating from this spaceโthis quiet, unfolding place inside me.
